Pausa was created from a simple belief: sometimes, we need permission to slow down.

Meaning “pause” in Spanish, Pausa is more than a name.

It’s a reminder to step away from the noise of everyday life, take a breath, and pour back into yourself. We spend so much of our lives caring for others, meeting expectations, and moving on to the next thing that we often forget to care for the person carrying us through it all: ourselves.

I created Pausa to be a space where self-care isn’t treated as an indulgence, but as something worth prioritizing. A place to care for your skin and body, quiet your mind, and simply be present for a moment.

Because before we can continue pouring into everyone and everything around us, sometimes we need to pause and fill our own cup first.
